A tracking number will be issued via email upon fulfillment of your order, meaning that USPS is in possession of your package 

Once your order has left our facility, we are not responsible for any misplaced, lost, or stolen packages. 

If your package states Delivered but you don't have it - Call Carrier USPS (Speak to a live representative & open a case. They will open an investigation to locate your package)

International Orders

Lash InVogue proudly ships internationally to select countries.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, VAT, or other charges imposed by their country's customs agency. These fees are not included in your order total or shipping cost unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Customs policies vary by country, and Lash InVogue has no control over these charges. Any additional fees incurred during customs clearance are the responsibility of the customer.

If an international package is refused due to unpaid customs fees, duties, or taxes, shipping charges are non-refundable.
